It's now day 4. I managed the weekend with significantly reduced alcohol intake but did have a cake each day. I'm a bit embarrassed about that as surely it should be possible to go two days without a cake but I didn't and there's no point in having a blog if I don't tell the truth on it.
I feel better than I normally do on a Monday but don't feel amazing, I'm assuming that a) it's not an instant fix and b) I did have some alcohol and cakes so can't expect miracles.
I intend to have a healthy week and lets see how it goes from here.
